I have a 3 yr old son. I was away for teachers college, while my husband was staying in Mississauga and carin?
I know it may be hard that you don't have transportation, but this lady is your baby sitter and on her off days she needs them. It is not that she does not like your baby, she needs time to herself, the baby is not her obligation on her off days. Sure she has other friends and so should you, start a coop are maybe the ones that you meet with let them know you don't have a car, and I am sure one of them will pick you and your son up to go and meet with them. Sometimes it is hard to be with children when their Mother is around they become loud, and crying for no reason and clingy, and may be the baby sitter has this issue. I have worked with children for many years and when we have parent meeting some will act up so they can go to the office and see their mothers in the meeting they are working good and when the mother arrives reverts to babyhood.
Is it possible to be inlove with someone when you're far from each other?
He's my childhood friend, we used to play together before but as we grew we started to get awkward with each other, we aren't talking now, Maybe we are only just playmates before and not friends. then I migrated to other country and I can only see him once in a year. As years passed, we really grew apart, it's awkward and I can feel that he feels the same way too, last september 2010 I went home in our country to have a vacation and I always caught him looking at me. But I need to leave the country again to continue my study and from then on he is always appearing in my dream, whenever I think of him I am feeling something weird in my heart, I always go to his site (facebook to be particular) just to see his face, it's really weird and now I am thinking of him everyday and that weird feeling in my heart is always there, I really wanted to see him. But I am afraid to admit to myself that I am inlove because for me, its impossible and I also don't want to get hurt, I am here in different country, I mean, is it possible to be inlove with him? because we're too far from each other. I really never expected that I'll feel this way towards him because the fact that we just seeing each other once in a year, we're not even that close to each other and I don't have news about him, our connection is only my big brother because they are close friends, that's all. But I can't help it I keep on thinking of him evryday and that weird feeling is really unexplainable. Please help. Am I only infatuated or this is love?
Does my boxer need another playmate?
so my mom has two boxers. both female. ones the mom and the younger one the daughter. well the daughter is very active and sorta hyper. so when the mom sits on the couch and the younger one wants to play she'll bark. and the mom will just continue to sit there and ignore her daughter. so my question is, should we get the younger one another playmate? what would be a good playmate?
How to learn English for Koreans?
MY mom wants to learn English and we're trying to scout out an appropriate book for her. Does anyone have any book recommendations? A link to a website? Any input or information on the subject matter will be well-appreciated. Thanks :D
How long does it take to learn korean?
it all depends how "wanting" you are to learn. if you have the goal of learning korean, then stay focosed on your goal. and time will tell :)
At what age is a birthday party the child's instead of the parents'?
It should always be about them, not the parents. For the first and possibly the second birthday, its understandable to invite only family friends, because those are the people who care the most about the child, then, as soon as the child begins making friends, they should be invited along with a few of the closest adults who really care about the child, like godparents, close family friends, etc. It should never be friends who are just the parents friends and really couldnt care about the child. With my kids, for their first couple birthdays it was just family friends and family, but they were all close friends who cared about the child, they werent there for me, then when they were three and started socializing more and started preschool we invited their preschool friends. I think that you should remind your sister that this is her childs birthday, not hers, on her birthday she can invite her friends, but this is her childs birthday and should be centered around them, including their friends, not her friends and their older kids who are only there for the cake and because their parents said they had to.
Is there any way to search for a home based on size of living room or dining room?
No. Since there are no rules as to how people use each room in their house there is no way to search for such parameters. But when considering houses built within the the past 20 years you often can by identifying the living room as a "great room". Great rooms imply a larger size and the label is often used when there are more than one living rooms designated in the house. I hope this helps your search. FYI, don't be afraid to call the Realtors of the houses you like to verify room sizes before you take the time to see the properties. That is their job to do. Good Luck.
