1999 Hyundai Elantra muffler detached?

My muffler has detached from the exhaust. You can see it just hanging. What would be a quick fix? I haven't jacked the car up yet so not sure what it needs. What could be the worst case scenario and how much could it cost? I'm hoping I just need a clamp or coupler.
