My 2 year old male Labrador doesn't listen to my commands at all,HELP!?

No i'm thirteen and the youngest and i nearly trained my dog to perfection. When ever he barks at you then ignore him. Also you can get him to pay attention to you by taking him on walks and randomly stopping the make him sit. Don't go on until he sits no matter how long it takes. This shows him you are the boss and have control over him. Also don't baby talk him and when you want him to obey your commands use a firm assertive voice, and never get down to his level or rough play with him again it shows him you are his playmate not his master there fore he does not have to listen to you. When are walks make him walk at your heels and don't let him get lead.(alpha gets lead).
