Can someone translate this in ENGLISH (korean language)?

Well, it doesn't make complete sense to me, but it appears to be a love letter of sorts. It mentions something about the benefits of the Sepon projects and some of it seems almost poetic in describing the distance between the two people in question. It mentions difficulty in the Phillipines. It seems like whoever wrote it really misses who they love. I'm not very affluent in Korean idioms, and this is full of them. Sorry if that's not what you were looking for.
