Help with Community Service Ideas for Teens?

I have always wanted to to join the Girl Scouts of America, but my time has passed and now I am too old. And by too old I mean 15.6. I was wondering if there is anyone out there who can help me brainstorm ideas for amazing community service opportunites. I am bilingual if that is helpful in Korean and English. I enjoy being outside and working with animals but I am up for doing anything. I'd rather not be connected with a church for I want to do these things with my Jewish friend and I don't want to favor any certain relegion and alienate some people who may want to help my cause.
