Why is my water bill so high? Was �46 now �84 a month can anyone help?

are you on a water meter ,also you may have a leak between the mains and the house ,i have heard of that allot ,there are things you can do ,put a brick in the toilet that saves loads of water over the year ,if the people down the road are the same go and ask them what they are doing to save water . you might get some good advice off them.
