Does anyone know the name of this Shirley Temple movie?

In it, she decides that her and her playmates should play church and that she will be the preacher. She then takes and baptizes the little black boy repeatedly, and after each dunking, she asks, "Do you believe?" Each time, he responds, "I believe." After the third time, she asks him, "What do you believe?" He answers, "I believe that you are trying to drown me."
