How to enable internet from computer?

Ok, so my mom had officially decided that i'm becoming detached from the real world (i'm not, I swear to you) and she turns off my internet every night from her computer at about 10:30 (which sucks, I want my friggin' Netflix!) And I was wondering how to turn it back on from my computer (she doesn't plug it out, she just has a thing on her computer, I think it has a set time) And I want to turn it back on from my computer! My OS is Windows 7 (home edition, if that matters) And hers is Mac. Can I do this without her knowing? She never comes in my room, so.... PLEASE HELP!
