My male cat wont go outside and gets bored inside should i get him a playmate?

I would say go for it, everyone needs at least one friend. I say get him a little buddy but make sure they get along. You can always bring a cat over and see if he gets along with other cats before you get one because you don't want him to start acting like the king of the house and beating on the other cat. But I don't think he would since he gets bored inside and doesn't like to go outside, but I still think you should bring in another just to see his behaviour. Good luck! (:
