Depends on the people involved. Some guys would cause a girl to blow a gasket if he didn't come on strong, other guys it's ok to go more slowly. What does the particular female want? Does she want to be treated like a blow-up doll or does she hope to really get to know a guy and go from there? It really depends on the people.
