How does this sound?????????????????????????…

soo i got pulled over for having blue leds lights....not headlights my headlights are white....but for those of you that know these are halo lights, which are not headlights but only the outter rim of the actual headlight....welll igot pulled over for having them blue....cho gave me 30 days to take it off.....now wat i did was i just detached all the wires that powered the halos....and now when i turn on my lights...they do not come on.....i was wondering if i would still be told something for having them on even if they dont even turn on.........people have told me "well whats the point of having them on there if your not gonna have them on", well i just dont want to take off my whole front end of my car again....and others have said "how does the cop know that your not just going to rehook the wires?"......well thats true...but even if i take them entirely off....how does the cop not know that one day i might just put them back on???? i was thinking as long as the blue halos are never turn on again on the street....they should be fine with them still being on.....what do u guys think?
