Male coworker said this to me what is it suppose to mean?

so the other day at work one of my male coworkers told me i look like a playmate. where i work dress code is business atier. so i was dressed very professionaly, not sluty at all. the only skin i had that was showing was my face,neck and hands. anyways he said it was a complament. and one of the female coworkers asked ifi ever thought of moddeling, because she said i was very attractive and that i had very beautiful eyes. but my aunt said that because that guy said that it means he wants to screw me. is that what that realy means. i have bee told before that i have a realy nice neck.
